I grew up on donuts as a child my mom used to make homemade donuts all the time. Every weekend involved at least some sort of baking. I used to bake with my mom making these buttermilk donuts fried in oil. And then dipped in sugar or cinnamon. They were so unbelievable and yummy. But they are so not very healthy for you. I was so addicted to sugar. So now I started eating gluten-free and dairy free and it helped heal my gut. Eating a whole food plant-based diet helps heal her gut and keep it healthy. Finding ways to make healthier desserts that are made with whole plant food nutrition. Healthier ingredients. I found these amazing healthy donuts.
